If you bill Medicaid, Aaniie is the better product and it is not close. EVV compliance and Medicaid claim handling are enormous pieces of work that Rostavo does not attempt. Aaniie also has years of proof, G2 awards and published retention figures behind it. We have neither yet, and pretending otherwise would not help you choose.

Does Rostavo do EVV or Medicaid billing?
No. Rostavo has geofenced GPS check-in that proves attendance and feeds the invoice, but it does not handle EVV aggregator submission or Medicaid claims. If you bill Medicaid, stay with a US healthcare platform.
Is Rostavo suitable for home care?
Yes, for agencies billing families or private clients directly. Visit scheduling, carer matching, GPS check-in, expiry-tracked certificates, invoicing and payouts are all included.
