Why we made it
A small agency owner is the coordinator, the recruiter, the bookkeeper and the person who answers the phone at nine on a Sunday night. The work that actually earns money. Matching the right person to the right family. Takes an hour. The rest of the day goes on chasing timesheets, filling a gap somebody cancelled, and working out who has been invoiced.
The software that solves this exists. It is built and priced for operators with hundreds of staff, it takes weeks to learn, and most of it is parts you will never open. So small agencies run on a spreadsheet, a group chat and a folder of certificates, and every one of those has a bad day eventually.
