Why agencies move off ShiftCare
ShiftCare is a solid, mature platform and it deserves credit for publishing a price at all. But per-seat billing has a particular effect on an agency with a lot of part-time or occasional staff: you pay full freight for a carer who worked four hours last month.

What counts towards a Rostavo tier?
People on your books. Coordinators, office staff, client logins and family logins are unlimited and free on every tier.
Does Rostavo support NDIS?
No. If you bill NDIS, ShiftCare is the better product and we would not try to talk you out of it.
