NannyLogic covers household, domestic and placement staffing properly, agencies that use it speak well of the support, and it publishes its price and sells without a call, which is the right way round. The reasons to look elsewhere are the number itself, geography and breadth.
Half the price, the same shape
NannyLogic is $199 a month for your first user and $99 for each one after. Rostavo is $99 and $49. The same first-seat-then-cheaper-seats structure at half the number, and our trial does not ask for a card.
US-shaped compliance
Rostavo stores background check results, first-aid and work-authorization documents as proper records with expiry alerts, and prices in pounds, euros or dollars.
One trade only
If you place nannies and also do senior care, housekeeping or pet visits, Rostavo runs all of them from one back office and relabels itself for each.
Where NannyLogic is the better choice
NannyLogic has years of household-staffing specificity behind it, a customer base that has shaped it, and a 30-day trial against our 14. If you are a US domestic-staffing agency whose workflow already matches theirs, a price difference on its own may not be worth the disruption.

How much does NannyLogic cost?
NannyLogic publishes it: $199 a month for the first user and $99 for each further user, or $179 and $89 billed every six months, with a 30-day free trial. Rostavo is $99 for the first office seat and $49 for each further one, with a 14-day trial that does not ask for a card.
Does Rostavo handle permanent placements as well as bookings?
Yes. Placements and short-term or temp bookings run from the same candidate pool, with shortlists you can send a family as a link they open without logging in.
Is Rostavo suitable outside the US?
Yes. Currency, locale, timezone and country are set per agency, and compliance records like US background checks and UK DBS are built in rather than bolted on as a custom field.
