Terms of service
The agreement between your agency and us. Short, and written to be read.

These terms govern your use of Rostavo ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service and the free trial
We provide software for running in-home service agencies. New agencies start free; after that, continued use may require a paid subscription. We add and change features over time, and we will not remove something you depend on without telling you.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the people you invite. You must have the authority and a lawful basis to store the data you put in — including data about your staff, your clients, and the people in their care.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to disrupt the platform or reach another agency's data.
Fees and payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Taxes are yours unless stated.
Your data is yours
You own what you put in. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You can export all of it at any time from Settings → Data protection, including after you have decided to leave. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
Availability
We aim high, but the Service is provided "as is" without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We carry out maintenance from time to time and will avoid your working hours where we can.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending it
Cancel whenever — there is no notice period. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export everything; after a reasonable period it is deleted, other than records we are legally required to retain.
Changes to these terms
We may update them. Anything material, we will tell you about. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

The laws of England and Wales.
