What it costs in UK

Rostavo is built for the UK agency with one to five people in the office: a nanny agency, a domiciliary care agency, a cleaning company, a pet care business or a household staffing firm. Everyone on your books is free and unlimited. You pay for the desks in the office, which is the only number that reflects how much work the software is actually doing for you.

Per office seat, per month

In pounds sterling

£79.00

Your first seat

£39.00

Each further seat

A one-person office pays £79.00 a month. Two of you, £118.00. Everyone you place, every family and every login they use is free. Pay for the year and you pay for 10 months out of 12.

Billed in pounds sterling. A 14 day trial, no card. Prices exclude sales tax or VAT where it applies. Full pricing.

What is different in UK

Not a different product with a flag on it. These are the things that genuinely differ once your agency is in the United Kingdom.

DBS and right to work, watched rather than filed

Every certificate goes on the person's record with its date, and an email goes out before anything lapses. The screen shows what has expired across the whole team rather than making you open thirty profiles to find out.

Priced and billed in pounds

Your first office seat, then each further one, excluding VAT. Carers, families and every login they use are free and unlimited. Pay yearly and you pay for ten months.

Your data sits in the EU

Frankfurt, Germany, on servers we run. Fonts are self hosted and analytics only loads if a visitor opts in, so nothing about your families leaves on page load. The data processing agreement is published rather than sent on request.

Xero and QuickBooks, and everything back out again

Exports your accountant can open, bounded by a date range, with drafts excluded because a draft is not a sale. You can take the whole account out as one file whenever you want, and there is no notice period.

What Rostavo does not do in UK

Every vendor will tell you what their software does. This is the part you normally have to find out in week three.

We do not run your payroll

No PAYE, no RTI submissions, no pension assessment. Payroll is tax law and doing it badly is worse for you than not doing it at all. The hours come out as a file, with clocked and scheduled hours in separate columns, and go wherever they go now.

We do not order your DBS checks

You run them through your umbrella body as you do today and record the certificate here. Rostavo holds it, dates it and chases it. It does not apply for it.

We are not a CQC compliance product

Rostavo does not map to the quality statements and does not produce an evidence pack. It keeps carer records, documents with expiry dates, visit records and the hours actually worked, all of which you can export. Whether that is enough for your inspection is your call, not a claim we make.

An expired document warns, it does not block

You will be told, on the record and by email, before and after a certificate lapses. The system will not refuse to let you assign the person. If a hard block is what you need, say so before you sign up.

The agencies this is built for

One system, and it uses the words of whichever of these you run rather than calling everybody a worker.

Questions from UK agencies

Does it handle DBS renewals?

It watches them. Each certificate is recorded with its date, the team screen shows what is lapsing, and an alert email goes out in advance. Applying for the check itself still happens through your umbrella body.

Is it suitable for a domiciliary care agency?

For the back office, yes: rotas, carer records, document expiry, visit records, family portals, invoicing and payouts. It is not a CQC compliance system and does not claim to be, and it does not do NHS or local authority billing. Most of our interest is private pay.

Where is the data held?

Frankfurt, Germany. Fonts are served from our own servers rather than a CDN and analytics only runs for visitors who opt in. The published data processing agreement sets out the terms and names every sub-processor.

Do I pay for every carer on my books?

No. You pay for office seats, meaning you and any coordinator who works in the back office. Carers, families and their logins are free however many you have, so taking on twenty more people this month does not change your bill.

Somewhere else?

Same product, same price list, different things worth saying. If one of these is you, start there instead.

Have tomorrow go like that.

Set your agency up this afternoon. It costs nothing to see whether it suits you.
