The honest answer
ShiftCare is a mature product with real depth in disability and NDIS work, and if that is your world it knows things Rostavo does not. But its per-staff model means the bill grows every time you hire, and at fifty people it is between two and six times ours for a comparable job.

ShiftCare publishes $9 per staff member per month on Basic, $15 on Professional and $25 on Premium, with roughly 20% off for annual payment. At twenty-five staff that is $225 to $625 a month.
Is Rostavo cheaper than ShiftCare?
At every size we publish, yes. $69 against $90–250 at ten people, $119 against $225–625 at twenty-five, and $199 against $450–1,250 at fifty.
Does ShiftCare include invoicing?
Not on the Basic tier. Rostavo includes invoicing, payouts and everything else on every tier.
