A one-person agency pays €89.00 a month. Two of you in the office, €134.00. Five, €269.00. Pay for the year and you pay for 10 months out of 12.

What counts as a seat
A seat is a person who runs the agency from the back office: you, and any coordinator you add. That is the only thing we count.

No feature gates

We charge by the seat in your office, so a two-person agency pays like a two-person agency however many people it places. Add a colleague and the price moves from the next month, never mid-month, and you see it at the moment you invite them.

Questions about the price
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Set up your agency and have a proper look around first. Nothing is asked for until you decide to stay.
Is anything held back for a dearer plan?
No. There is one plan and it has everything in it. What changes is how many seats you pay for, not the product.
What exactly is a seat?
A person who signs in to run the agency: the owner and each coordinator. Workers, nannies, carers, candidates and families are not seats, however many you have, and their logins are free.
I have hundreds of people on my books. Does that cost more?
No. Two thousand candidate profiles cost the same as twenty. The only number that changes your price is how many people work in your office.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel whenever. There is no notice period, and you can export everything you put in before you go.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We also help move your existing spreadsheets across, and we do not charge for that either.
Can we have something custom?
Yes. The seat price is for Rostavo as it ships, which covers most agencies. If you need a feature built for you, a large migration, an integration, a contract or an SLA, tell us what and we will quote it separately on top of your seats, in writing, before any work starts.
What happens when I add a coordinator?
You see the new price as you invite them, and it applies from the next month. Remove a seat and it stops from the next month too. Seats are counted on the first of the month, never mid-month.
