Nannies, cleaners, carers, pet visits. Scheduling, check-in, documents, invoices and pay, all in one place, for the agency that arranges them.
So you can stop doing the admin at 10pm.
No card needed · Set it up in an afternoon · Cancel whenever
First 10 agencies: 1 month free, then 50% off for life. We'd rather build this alongside people actually running an agency.

Grace's background check runs out in 5 days
Nothing here needs you at a keyboard. This is the software working while you get on with the rest of it.
Rostavo went through everyone's paperwork. Grace's background check runs out in five days, so there's an email waiting for you. You won't find out about it in August.

Send the shift to everyone who's free and let them take it. Maya claimed this one four minutes later, without you making a single phone call.

Sent to everyone who's free today
Maya said yes, 4 minutes later.
She taps once when she gets to the door, and the client can see she's arrived. Your phone stays quiet.
Maya arrived at the Whitmores'
12:30 · the client was told
The hours Maya worked add themselves up into a bill for the Whitmores. Have a look, then send it. Or let it go out on its own.
There's nothing to type up and nobody to chase. The spreadsheet isn't sitting there waiting for you any more.
You get the whole picture. Your team only sees their own work. Clients only see their own account. Nobody has to be taught which bits to ignore.

From the morning someone applies to the day they're paid, every step is in here and each one hands over to the next. Nothing gets retyped into a second place.
Someone applies
Your own form, sitting on your website.
You check them out
References, background checks and certificates, all against their name.
They start
Contract signed online. They can see their shifts the same day.
A client asks for someone
They book it themselves, or you put it in.
Somebody takes the shift
Whoever is free says yes. You are not the middleman.
The work happens
They arrive, do the job, add a note about how it went.
The bill goes out
Built from the hours worked, not from your memory.
The client pays
By card or bank transfer, from their own login.
Your person gets paid
What they are owed, worked out for you.
The same person, the same booking and the same hours travel the whole way through. That is the bit a folder and a spreadsheet can't do.
Hiring, your team, your clients, the schedule, the hours, the messages and the money. Every part is included, and you can switch off whatever you don't use.
The job is the same shape in every one of these: find the right person, get them there, prove it happened, get paid. Rostavo learns your words. Nannies, carers, cleaners or housekeepers, and uses them everywhere.
You place nannies with families.
How it works for youYou place carers with pet owners.
How it works for youYou place staff with households.
How it works for youYou place carers with clients & families.
How it works for youBuilt for small agencies. If you've got somewhere between one and fifteen people on the books and you're doing the admin yourself, this was made for you. Not for a hospital group, and not priced like one.
No. Send us whatever you have, even if that's just a spreadsheet, and we'll set it up with you.
They open a link on their phone and see only their own shifts. Nothing to download, nothing to learn.
An afternoon. You add your rates, your team and your clients, and you're running.
Everything you put in can be exported before you go, and there's no notice period to sit through.
Yours. Tell it what you place and it says nannies, carers, cleaners or housekeepers throughout, and owners, families or households for your clients.
No. Set up your agency and have a proper look around first.
£79 / $99 / €89 a month for the first office seat, then £39 / $49 / €45 for each one after. A seat is somebody who works in the office, you or a coordinator. Your workers, candidates and families are free and unlimited, and every feature is included. 14 days free to start, no card.
Free while you're setting up. After that it's one monthly price based on how big your team is. We'll agree that with you before anything starts.
One price with everything in it. There's no setup fee and no minimum term, and nothing is held back for a dearer plan.
Founding agencies
The first 10 agencies get 1 month free, then 50% off for life. All we ask in return is your honest opinion while we build.
Every agency runs a little differently. If something here doesn't fit how you work, or there's a piece missing altogether, tell us. We build custom versions of Rostavo for individual agencies.
That might be a form that matches your paperwork, a rate rule nobody else uses, a report your accountant asks for, or a whole part of the job we haven't covered. Worth a conversation either way.
We read every one of these ourselves.
Set your agency up this afternoon. It costs nothing to see whether it suits you.
